Kellie Martin. Martin, a native of the United States is an American actor and actress in the film and television industries. She is best known for playing Christy Huddleston, Rebecca Thatcher and Lucy Knight on the series ER. Kellie Martin is most famous for her part as the protagonist of The Hailey Dean Mystery Series. Martin was the daughter of a department store buyer and kindergarten teacher, began her professional career acting at the age of seven when her aunt, who was the nanny of Michael Landon's kids assisted Martin to get her a character in the 1983's show "Father Murphy". In the years following the time of her Yale University graduation, she focused on acting and was able to land substantial roles in both television and cinema. Martin is also as a dancer and photographer. The mother of two daughters and a son, she is also the Lupus spokesperson and spreads awareness of the illness each day following the passing of her sister at the age of 19.
